About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assist project teams in performing valuations for management planning, mergers and acquisitions, financial reporting, tax and regulatory compliance, restructuring and reorganization, and corporate strategy
  • Review valuation reports prepared by other valuers
  • Perform credibility checks on valuation inputs and fair value estimates
  • Assist executives with proposals and new business opportunities
  • Participate in engagement management, execution, and reporting
  • Build and manage client relationships
  • Demonstrate teamwork and responsibility with engagement team members

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Master’s degree with specialization in Finance, Economics, Accounting, business or similar
  • At least 8 years of experience in Valuation, M&A or similar area
  • Fluency in English
  • Knowledge of French and/or German is advantageous
  • Financial modeling skills
  • Ability to create financial models based on clients’ strategic financial business plans
  • Ability to build models from scratch
  • Excellent analytical, communication, interpersonal, and teaming skills
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines
  • PC proficiency, including MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Successful completion of a background check and pre-screening requirements
  • Accurate information provided during the application process
