About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as Technical Lead in the IT Consulting Services team on FAST implementation projects
  • Lead technical streams of FAST implementation projects
  • Interface and communicate with onsite coordinators
  • Plan and monitor project deliverables
  • Mentor the project team in executing projects
  • Provide regular status reports to the Manager and onsite coordinators
  • Interface with customer representatives as needed
  • Handle demanding clients and project deliveries
  • Build a quality culture
  • Manage performance for direct reporters according to organization policies
  • Foster teamwork and lead by example
  • Train and mentor project resources
  • Participate in organization-wide people initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • BE/BTech/MCA with 5 to 9 years of sound industry experience
  • Functional experience in Life Insurance
  • Technical exposure to ASP .NET and C#
  • API development experience
  • Microservices development experience
  • Experience with IBM MQ or Rabbit MQ as middleware
  • SQL development experience
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to decode complex requirements
  • AWS cloud platform knowledge preferred
  • NoSQL exposure advantageous
  • DevOps exposure with automation using Jenkins is nice to have
  • Exposure to cloud platforms alongside AWS is advantageous
  • Willingness to travel to customer locations as needed
