About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead financial supply chain management initiatives
  • Manage the FSCM team and provide guidance and support
  • Oversee configuration and deployment of SAP FSCM solutions
  • Identify and implement best practices for credit management, collections, and dispute resolution
  • Analyze financial data and provide insights for strategic decision-making
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial processes with business objectives
  • Develop and deliver end-user training on FSCM functionalities
  • Troubleshoot and resolve FSCM module issues
  • Generate and present financial performance and process-efficiency reports to senior management

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Qualified CA / ICWA / MBA Finance / MCom
  • Minimum 7–11 years of experience on SAP S/4HANA Credit, Collection, and Dispute Management
  • At least 2 end-to-end implementations in SAP FSCM Credit Management, Collection Management, Dispute Management, and cash application–HighRadius integration
  • Knowledge of third-party interface integration for credit management
  • Knowledge of credit score calculation
  • Awareness of S/4HANA credit management functionalities
  • Hands-on experience preparing functional specifications
  • Knowledge of SAP FI Accounts Receivable
  • Ability to independently handle complex technical PO requirements
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
