About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML-enabled applications and microservices in Golang and Python
  • Architect and build AI agents with multi-step reasoning, tool/function calling, memory, planning, and orchestration
  • Integrate LLM APIs such as Anthropic and OpenAI
  • Build RAG pipelines, apply prompt engineering, and integrate vector databases including pgvector, Pinecone, and FAISS
  • Use Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, and Cursor for prototyping, refactoring, test generation, and agent-driven coding
  • Develop high-performance backend services and APIs using Gin, Echo, gRPC, and FastAPI
  • Write clean, testable, production-grade code using Git and CI/CD practices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business problems into AI-driven solutions
  • Perform other cognate duties

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Related bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or any STEM degree
  • Approximately 3–6 years of experience in a related field is advantageous
  • Strong hands-on Golang development, including goroutines, channels, concurrency patterns, high-performance microservices, gRPC, and CLIs
  • Strong hands-on Python development, including 3+ years, OOP, async programming, Pandas, and NumPy
  • Deep practical understanding of AI-agent architectures, including ReAct, plan-and-execute, tool calling, MCP, context/memory management, and agent evaluation
  • Demonstrated experience using AI coding tools such as Claude Code and GitHub Copilot in development workflows
  • Solid AI/ML fundamentals, including LLMs, embeddings, fine-tuning versus RAG, and evaluation basics
  • Working knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases
  • Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP
  • Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes basics
  • Understanding of AI security concerns, including prompt injection, data leakage, and agent guardrails
  • Contributions to open-source AI/agent projects are advantageous
