About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Originate new opportunities through an extensive network across Luxembourg’s real estate market
  • Strengthen relationships with key market participants and expand the firm’s local client base
  • Lead day-to-day delivery of real estate transaction and fundraising engagements
  • Define workplans, coordinate multiple workstreams and ensure key milestones are achieved
  • Act as primary day-to-day contact for clients, investors, lenders and other advisers
  • Build trusted relationships and communicate complex analyses and recommendations clearly
  • Supervise, coach and develop junior team members
  • Review analyses and deliverables and provide timely, constructive feedback
  • Own the quality and consistency of financial models, valuations, information memoranda, investor presentations and other client deliverables
  • Manage engagement economics, resources, risks and internal governance requirements
  • Raise issues and propose practical solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Master’s degree with a particular focus either in Real Estate and/or Finance
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience
  • Fluency in English and French
  • Knowledge of German would be an advantage
  • Financial modelling skills for feasibility studies and business plan projections
  • Excellent analytical, communication, interpersonal and teaming skills
  • Ability to respect tight deadlines
  • PC proficiency including MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • MRICS, CFA or CAIA certification would be an advantage
  • Successful completion of a background check and pre-screening requirements
  • Accurate information provided during the application process
