About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Help clients design and develop state-of-the-art applications that optimize business processes using the Appian BPM development platform
Lead teams, share responsibility, provide support, maintain communication and update managers on task progress
Exceed client and team expectations through increasingly complex assignments
Develop and maintain productive relationships with clients and onsite personnel
Ensure on-time delivery of allocated tasks
Participate in Scrum ceremonies and provide status updates
Participate in design, development, QA, deployment and support
Comply with EY policies and procedures, including timesheet and leave management
Adhere to project quality protocols
Update technical architecture, designs and unit test cases
Ensure high-quality deliverables
Build technical assets and accelerators
Participate in organization-wide people initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need

L1 & L2 Appian certification mandatory; L3 certification an added advantage
Hands-on experience on at least 3–4 end-to-end projects/implementations
Experience architecting and designing Appian applications
Experience with Appian Process Models, Integrations, SAIL Interface, Web API and Reporting
Hands-on experience on BPMS implementations, including process design, form design, rules, SAIL and CDTs
Understanding of BPMN, XML and XSD
Understanding of Appian best practices
Good understanding of relational databases and hands-on PL/SQL experience
Knowledge of REST API integrations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of Java/J2EE is a plus
Working knowledge of project implementation methodologies
B.E./B.Tech in Electronics, Electronics & Telecommunications, or Computer Science, or MCA with 4–7 years of experience; this qualification is stated under 'Ideally, you should also have'
Tech Lead skills
Experience working with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
Willingness to cross-skill and cross-train according to business requirements
