About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support KPIs in business delivery, learning and compliance
  • Identify process improvement and automation opportunities
  • Analyze budgets, productivity and utilization, including ad hoc assessments
  • Develop the Market Leadership Plan for headcount and utilization targets
  • Provide reports, presentations and insights to consulting teams and leadership
  • Collaborate with HR, Recruitment, Finance and other departments
  • Prepare and quality-check reports for accuracy and compliance
  • Maintain comprehensive process documentation

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience with Power BI and Power Automate (ideally)
  • Proficiency in Polish (ideally)
  • Strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail
  • 4+ years of relevant experience
  • Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal
  • Client-centric mindset and sense of urgency
  • Adaptability to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional teamwork and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Excel
