About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Perform pre-implementation and post-implementation reviews of governance, data migration, cutover, security architecture, access design, process controls and organizational readiness
- Support transformation risk registers, issue logs, KRIs and steering committee reporting
- Assess waterfall, Agile, SAFe, DevOps and SDLC delivery methodologies, control checkpoints and governance models
- Conduct ERP and platform risk reviews across SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Cloud, Workday, cloud migrations and other large-scale systems
- Support ERP GRC activities including segregation of duties, role design, automated controls and testing of design/effectiveness
- Identify transformation risks and provide independent challenge and recommendations to program leadership and stakeholders
- Contribute to target-state IT risk management frameworks and operating models
- Collaborate with IT, PMO, Finance, system integrators, clients and other external partners
- Deliver work aligned with EY standards across large-scale ERP, cloud and digital transformation programs
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3–5 years of relevant experience in technology risk, IT transformation, PMO or consulting
- University degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance or a related field
- English working proficiency (B2 and above)
- Working proficiency (B2 and above) in at least one additional language: French, German, Spanish, Dutch or Italian
- Experience in IT transformation programs, PMO/program governance or implementation assurance, or technology risk management/internal controls
- Understanding of SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Cloud, Workday or similar ERP platforms; cloud transformations; or risk management and controls frameworks
- At least one certification: PMP, PRINCE2, ISO 31000 or ISO 27005
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work in structured, project-driven and high-pressure environments
- Ability to prioritize and execute tasks
- Confidence dealing with senior-level internal and external contacts
