About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop UKG Pro WFM integration architecture with end-to-end API-led designs and event-driven Boomi frameworks
  • Recommend best practices for implementing, managing, and governing integrations using Boomi AtomSphere
  • Perform risk assessments, identify platform compatibility issues, and implement mitigation strategies
  • Manage code reviews for quality, security, and platform-standard compliance
  • Translate complex technical requirements into deliverables, dependencies, and risk considerations
  • Participate in full lifecycle activities and align integrations with business requirements
  • Serve as subject-matter expert and advise project delivery teams during integration build and test activities
  • Ensure delivery quality and operational management
  • Manage engagement risks, project economics, escalations, planning, and budgeting
  • Deliver against client expectations and identify opportunities to expand engagement value
  • Lead client sessions, provide subject-matter expertise, support sales and business development, and shape expansion opportunities
  • Manage and grow payroll consulting and workforce management capabilities
  • Build relationships with global practices and achieve productivity, utilization, headcount-growth, and penetration metrics
  • Develop thought leadership, collateral, tools, methodologies, and frameworks for payroll consulting and workforce management offerings
  • Act as counsellor and coach, set goals, conduct performance reviews, and foster continuous learning and development
  • Participate in strategic planning to grow the team and support clients across geographies

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 12–16 years of experience
  • Minimum 8–10 years of experience with solid understanding of UKG Pro Workforce Management solution processes
  • Experience working in a consulting environment on global client projects involving time and attendance, workforce management transformation, and shared services advisory
  • Experience in team management and advising on workforce management processes and systems
  • Boomi Professional Developer Certification/Badge
  • Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, SFTP, WIM, and SQL
  • Proficiency in Groovy scripting or JavaScript within Boomi highly desired
  • Strong analytical capability and structured problem-solving approach
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Cross-cultural awareness and sensitivity
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and be proactive
  • High energy, agility, and adaptability
  • Willingness to travel nationally and internationally for approved client projects
  • Demonstrated technical proficiency in workforce management
  • Experience leading workforce management project workstreams from planning through implementation
  • Experience designing payroll delivery options and managing payroll transitions
  • Experience supporting client pursuit activities through proposals and presentations
  • Ability to review processes and evaluate operational performance using metrics and industry benchmarks
  • Experience facilitating payroll movement to third-party outsourcing providers and developing governance models
  • Project management experience
  • Experience working with a Big 4 consulting firm
  • Independent, self-motivated, proactive, results-oriented approach
  • Commercial acumen and enthusiasm to adapt and learn in a fast-moving environment
