About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Engineer and automate platform solutions
- Lead solution or infrastructure development services for large or complex projects
- Design, develop, deliver, and maintain solutions or infrastructure
- Apply DevSecOps methodologies, standards, and leading practices
- Apply development, security, usability, and product-specific standards
- Ensure quality through manual and automated controls
- Identify, communicate, and mitigate risks, assumptions, issues, and decisions throughout the lifecycle
- Evaluate options and propose tactical and strategic roadmaps
- Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps
- Automate infrastructure provisioning with Infrastructure as Code tools
- Manage Azure resources, subscriptions, networking, storage, and compute services
- Collaborate with development teams on application deployment and release processes
- Implement and maintain Git source control and branching strategies
- Monitor application and infrastructure performance using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights
- Ensure security, compliance, and governance throughout the DevOps lifecycle
- Troubleshoot deployment, infrastructure, and performance issues
- Support containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes (AKS)
- Maintain technical documentation and promote DevOps best practices
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong design and hands-on development experience with enterprise software applications for on-premises and cloud environments, primarily using Microsoft technologies
- Strong experience with Microsoft Azure services
- Hands-on expertise with Azure DevOps, Azure Pipelines, Azure Repos, and Azure Boards
- Experience in CI/CD implementation and automation
- Proficiency in PowerShell, Bash, or Python
- Knowledge of Git and branching strategies
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, ARM templates, or Bicep
- Understanding of Docker and Kubernetes
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- AZ400 certification preferred
