About the role
- You will actively drive our sales in the Rhine-Main region and be responsible for expanding our customer relationships — from the initial contact to long-term partnerships.
- You will acquire new B2B customers and build your own client base in the Rhine-Main area.
- You will strategically develop existing accounts and identify cross- and upselling opportunities.
- You will identify project opportunities, qualify leads, and manage the entire sales process — from needs assessment to closing.
- You understand your customers' business models and challenges and translate them into appropriate software and digitalization projects.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in IT, software, or project-oriented services
- Proven track record in new customer acquisition and in growing existing accounts (Account Management)
- Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to translate customer needs into solutions
- High sales affinity, strong negotiation skills, and a confident presence at both technical and management levels
- Structured, independent working style and willingness to travel for customer meetings within the Rhine-Main region
