About the role
- Provide a visible security presence at assigned event locations
- Monitor premises to ensure safety of guests staff and property
- Assist with access control guest direction and crowd flow
- Respond calmly and professionally to incidents or concerns
- Utilize de-escalation techniques to resolve potential conflicts
- Communicate effectively with event staff supervisors and team members
- Report incidents observations and activities accurately and timely
- Uphold Extrity Services standards of professionalism and conduct
Requirements
- Ability to remain calm professional and composed in fast-paced environments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliability punctuality and a strong sense of accountability
- Customer-service mindset with attention to detail
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including overnight hours
- Ability to follow instructions policies and procedures
- Previous security or event experience preferred but not required.
