About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Present our products and services to potential clients
  • Identify specific consumer characteristics
  • Recommend ways to promote and sell our products
  • Design plans to meet sales targets
  • Develop and cultivate relationships with clients
  • Evaluate costs to determine products’ pricing when selling to customers
  • Execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets
  • Act as a point of contact for existing and potential customers within assigned territory
  • Identify local business opportunities and challenges
  • Report on regional sales results
  • Present products and services to prospective customers
  • Identify customer needs and recommend product solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet individual and group sales quotas
  • Cross-sell products, when appropriate
  • Build and maintain long-lasting, strong relationships with customers
  • Understand industry-specific trends and landscapes
  • Keep current with economic indicators
  • Maintain a working knowledge of FDA regulations and internal policies
  • Ensure completion of assigned tasks and responsibilities within defined timeframes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least 2-5 years of experience in sales management, or related field required
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field from an accredited college or university preferred
  • Clearance of favorable background investigation required
