About the role

  • Develop and strengthen relationships with key clients, acting as a trusted advisor and liaison
  • Execute strategic account planning to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks
  • Drive sales growth within designated accounts through upselling, cross-selling, and strategic alignment
  • Monitor client performance metrics, ensuring targets are met and service expectations are exceeded
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams including operations, marketing, and customer service to ensure seamless client support
  • Provide regular market intelligence and customer feedback to inform product development and business strategy
  • Maintain accurate account records and activity reporting within CRM systems
  • Travel domestically up to 60% to attend offsite meetings, conferences, and support business initiatives
  • Maintain a working knowledge of FDA 21 CFR 1271, FDA 21 CFR 820, AATB standards, ISO Standards, cGMP/CGTP, other relevant regulations/standards, and internal organizational policies and standard operating procedures

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred
  • 3–5 years of experience in account management or sales, preferably within the wound care or medical device industry
  • Familiarity with DME sales, reimbursement, and healthcare systems is a plus
  • Clearance of favorable background investigation required
