About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Plan, coordinate, execute, and measure invitation-only CXO events, including executive summits, roundtables, and industry experiences
  • Coordinate executive participation, project timelines, vendors, budgets, resources, and deliverables
  • Design attendee journeys that create meaningful networking opportunities and reinforce the Extreme brand
  • Develop the CXO Program into a year-round executive community
  • Manage executive virtual forums, peer discussions, newsletters, communications, thought leadership content, member resources, and engagement campaigns
  • Manage the CXO Program presence on ExtremeNetworks.com
  • Coordinate executive messaging, event communications, social media, campaigns, videos, and post-event content
  • Collaborate with content strategy, digital marketing, creative, Marketing, Sales, Product, and executive leadership teams
  • Define program objectives, priorities, and success metrics with executive leadership and cross-functional teams
  • Support global program expansion and localize executive programming with regional marketing teams
  • Document repeatable frameworks, playbooks, and operational processes for international expansion
  • Establish KPIs and reporting mechanisms for executive engagement, event success, community growth, customer satisfaction, and business impact
  • Analyze program performance and prepare executive presentations and regular updates for senior leadership

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Hospitality, or related field
  • 5–8 years of experience in executive programs, event marketing, customer marketing, field marketing, or strategic events
  • Proven experience managing high-touch executive events and VIP experiences
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate confidently with executive audiences
  • Experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to collaborate across executive leadership, sales, marketing, and customer-facing teams
  • Willingness to travel for event execution
  • Experience supporting executive engagement or customer advisory board programs preferred
  • Experience building customer communities or membership-based programs preferred
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce, Tableau, or similar tools preferred
  • Experience working with global or international marketing teams preferred
