About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Take ownership of the delivery/introduction of feature enhancements and new capabilities with focus on CPQ/BMI.
Perform detail root cause analysis while working with other technical, functional, business groups experts and include pros and cons of each proposal along with the recommended solution.
Write technical design documentation for business problems and provide short- and long-term solutions when needed. Draft test cases for the functionality configured/designed and identify and document technical gaps within existing solutions.
Review and give architecture, performance, and code quality standards compliance for development on the Oracle CPQ/BigMachines platform.
Support and triage customer issues, defects, enhancement requests and backlog items conducting any necessary technical research to help with estimating level of effort for prioritization.
Participate in all phases of the software development life cycle including functional analysis, development of technical requirements, testing, deployment, and support.

What you’ll need

5-8 years of experience in successful Oracle CPQ project implementations or overall Industry experience.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, computer science or related fields (or 5+ yrs. of equivalent experience).
