  • Define and execute the field marketing strategy for specific segment(s)
  • Build and refine a field marketing strategy based on rigorous ROI analysis

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred but not required)
  • 7+ years scaling field marketing programs in fast-growing tech companies, with direct pipeline accountability
  • Deep understanding of demand generation funnels, sales processes, and revenue operations in B2B environments
  • Proven ability to create breakthrough programs beyond traditional events—digital experiences, account-based campaigns
  • Experience implementing scalable marketing operations, lead management systems, and cross-functional workflows
  • Strong partnership skills with sales leaders
  • Advanced proficiency in pipeline attribution, conversion analysis, and ROI optimization using Salesforce, HubSpot
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and deliver results across multiple demand generation initiatives
  • 20%-25% domestic travel
