About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop a partner program strategy that drives engagement from reseller and referral partners
  • Work with channel ops on the operational framework for tracking partner engagements, status, and compliance within the ExtraHop partner program
  • Develop the partner lifecycle and engagement points during each stage
  • Identify new markets and partners to help scale within those regions
  • Work closely with large partners to build customized sales programs
  • Work cross-functionally with sales, support, product management, finance and legal to build business alignment
  • Work closely with sales enablement and partner marketing to build outstanding partner enablement, communication and engagement plan
  • Develop and execute New Partner Agreements for AMS/EMEA/APAC/LATAM - including reseller, distributor, referral, authorized via distributor.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least 7-10 years working with channel partners in developing partner programs - specifically in security, networking, software and/or enterprise
  • Experience with partner on-boarding, creating partner agreements, reporting, marketing and partner enablement.
  • Experience with executive level engagements and communication
  • Self-starter and able to create structure out of ideas and concepts
  • Work cooperatively with others within the organization and other cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Work well in fast-paced, high-stress environments.
  • Has predictable, reliable attendance.
