Channel Sales Manager
ExtraHopChannel Sales Manager responsible for developing partner programs and engaging with enterprise opportunities. Driving sales through strategic partnerships at ExtraHop, a leader in Network Detection and Response.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop a partner program strategy that drives engagement from reseller and referral partners
- Work with channel ops on the operational framework for tracking partner engagements, status, and compliance within the ExtraHop partner program
- Develop the partner lifecycle and engagement points during each stage
- Identify new markets and partners to help scale within those regions
- Work closely with large partners to build customized sales programs
- Work cross-functionally with sales, support, product management, finance and legal to build business alignment
- Work closely with sales enablement and partner marketing to build outstanding partner enablement, communication and engagement plan
- Develop and execute New Partner Agreements for AMS/EMEA/APAC/LATAM - including reseller, distributor, referral, authorized via distributor.
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 7-10 years working with channel partners in developing partner programs - specifically in security, networking, software and/or enterprise
- Experience with partner on-boarding, creating partner agreements, reporting, marketing and partner enablement.
- Experience with executive level engagements and communication
- Self-starter and able to create structure out of ideas and concepts
- Work cooperatively with others within the organization and other cross-functional stakeholders.
- Work well in fast-paced, high-stress environments.
- Has predictable, reliable attendance.
