Be a Strategic Partner to GTM: Partner with Marketing and GTM leaders on annual planning, rolling forecasts, and in-quarter execution
Build and maintain financial models covering pipeline generation, CAC, and profitability related to Marketing and GTM initiatives
Prepare and present financial reports and analyses to senior management and key stakeholders
Own Marketing Spend & Performance Analytics: Partner with Marketing to plan, allocate, and optimize budget across programs
Monitor spend vs. forecast and provide clear variance analysis and recommendations
Help establish a data-driven framework for evaluating Marketing ROI and investment tradeoffs
Benchmark GTM efficiency metrics against SaaS industry standards to contextualize performance for leadership
Drive Insights & Operational Excellence: Assist in the development of business cases for new projects and investments, including cost-benefit analysis.
Improve forecasting processes and financial workflows to increase speed and accuracy
Proactively surface risks and opportunities to plan, with recommended actions to keep the business on track
Leverage data and analytics to drive continuous improvement in financial strategies.
Work closely with cross-functional departments to ensure alignment between financial goals and Marketing strategies.
Translate complex data into clear, concise recommendations for non-finance stakeholders
Work effectively across time zones with distributed GTM and Finance teams

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
3–5+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related roles
2+ years of experience in SaaS or FinTech
MBA or relevant professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus
Experience with financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is a plus
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights
Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques
Experience working with large datasets and translating insights into business recommendations
