About the role
- You are responsible for the overall financial management of the company and will further develop our finance structure to be future-proof.
- Establishing and advancing controlling and reporting structures
- Developing relevant KPI systems to manage growth and profitability
- Preparing budgets, forecasts and variance (actual vs. target) analyses
- You maintain oversight of our financial stability and long-term planning at all times.
- Responsible for liquidity planning and cash flow management
- Ensuring robust financial planning
- You optimize existing structures and ensure efficient accounting operations
- Further development and standardization of accounting processes
- Managing external partners (tax advisors, auditors, banks, etc.)
- Ensuring clean, transparent financial processes
- You support business decisions with sound analyses.
- Preparation and support of M&A processes
- Profitability analyses and evaluation of strategic investments
- Serve as a sparring partner to management on business decisions
Requirements
- Completed education or degree in business administration, finance, controlling or a comparable qualification
- Some professional experience in the finance field
- Strong understanding of liquidity planning, controlling and financial/business metrics
- Experience in building or optimizing finance processes
- Analytical, structured and independent working style and strong data literacy
- Strong communication skills and ability to present complex matters clearly
- Entrepreneurial mindset and hands-on mentality
- Technical know-how
