About the role
- Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing full sales cycle, and maintaining relationships with clients and prospects
- Sell Exterro's suite of data risk management SaaS solutions to current clients and new business accounts
- Identify and qualify potential clients through market research, prospecting, and outreach
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads using Salesforce and Gong
- Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and business cases tied to ROI
- Conduct deep discovery sessions, identify decision-makers, and align with MEDDPICC
- Manage sales cycles with multiple stakeholders and navigate complex negotiations
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success for onboarding and implementation
- Act as primary point of contact post-sale to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities
- Lead executive briefings and workshops to drive alignment on business challenges
Requirements
- 1-2 years proven experience as an Account Executive or similar role in SaaS or technology sales
- Strong knowledge of SaaS solutions, cloud-based software, and subscription business models
- Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Gong) and sales automation platforms
- Ability to thrive in a metrics-driven environment with a focus on achieving KPIs and quotas
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Experience in Security, Legal, or Privacy Governance (Preferred)
- Ability to travel as needed (25-50%) to meet with customers, attend events, and foster relationships
