About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • High-volume outbound prospecting: cold calls, cold emails, LinkedIn social selling, outreach at trade shows, chambers of commerce and industry events.
  • Lead qualification: perform initial discovery, understand pain points, identify decision-makers and validate fit before passing the opportunity on.
  • Scheduling qualified meetings: your primary goal. Fill the sales calendar with real opportunities, not curious prospects.
  • Building and managing outbound cadences: structured contact sequences, continuously testing copy, channels and ICP to maximize conversion.
  • Strategic account mapping: research target companies, identify stakeholders and craft personalized approaches for key accounts.
  • Disciplined CRM management: keep the pipeline clean, data up to date and full visibility over your prospecting activities.
  • Strategic networking: presence at trade shows, chambers of commerce and sector meetups to generate long-term relationships.
  • Market intelligence: report trends, recurring objections and opportunities to adjust the commercial strategy.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2 to 4 years of B2B outbound prospecting experience you have done real cold calling, sent hundreds of cold emails and know what works (and what doesn’t).
  • True hunter mentality you like opening doors, aren’t intimidated by “no” and see prospecting as a sport, not a punishment.
  • Resilience and discipline you understand prospecting is a game of volume + quality, and that daily consistency is what separates a good SDR from a great SDR.
  • Autonomy and entrepreneurial mindset you will operate in a market entry scenario with little defined process. You’ll help build the playbook, not follow a ready-made one.
  • Results orientation you like quotas, enjoy commission and are comfortable being measured by numbers (meetings scheduled, SQLs generated, opportunities created).
  • Native Portuguese and excellent executive communication you will be speaking with managers, directors and C-levels.
