About the role
- Provide creative ideas to help achieve Sales Department goals and support sales strategy implementation.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop, expand and maintain inbound and outbound sales motions.
- Assist in sales lead database efficiencies.
- Research and evaluate competitors in our space.
- Evaluate KPI’s to help determine future sales strategies.
- Listen and compile notes on recorded sales calls.
- Assist with daily administrative duties.
- Work up to 20-25 hours per week in a fast-paced environment; hybrid attendance in office Tue-Thu.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program for business, marketing, or similar field.
- Desire to learn about sales techniques.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must have a passion helping customers achieve their goals.
- Outstanding multitasking abilities.
- Great organization and prioritization skills.
- Ability to work up to 20-25 hours/week.
- Able to work in office Tuesday through Thursday each week (hybrid schedule preferred).
- Bonus: Experience with Hubspot, Salesforce, and/or Call Intelligence platforms.
- Bonus: Excel experience.
- Bonus: Worked in sales in any capacity.
- Bonus: Knowledge of supply chain technology.
