- This Controller role offers the opportunity to drive GAAP transformation at the platform-level with accelerated M&A and foundational team-build for a $25M revenue business pursuing 5x growth.
Requirements
- Project-Based Accounting Expertise: Sharp, proactive approach to PoC/WIP accounting with rigor and scalable standardization to support bolt-on acquisitions in a growing organization.
- High-Motor M&A Integration Experience: Hands-on managing purchase price accounting, transitioning acquired entities from cash to accrual, and building consistent financial infrastructure post-close in a high-volume PE environment.
- NetSuite & Process-Oriented Build Experience: Prior exposure to NetSuite is a strong plus, supporting ongoing automation and streamlining of accounting processes.
