About the role
- Development, management and implementation of targeted online campaigns (Search Engine Advertising (SEA), Display, etc.)
- Budget responsibility and performance optimization across the entire customer journey
- Audience analysis, keyword research and creation of compelling ad copy
- Execution of A/B tests and continuous landing page optimization
- Tracking, reporting and data-driven recommendations
- Collaboration with internal teams, external partners and regional stakeholders
- Active involvement in shaping cross-departmental marketing processes
Requirements
- Degree or vocational training in Marketing / Communications / Tourism or a related field
- Relevant professional experience in performance marketing, ideally with an agency background
- Confident use of Google Ads, Analytics, CMS and web analytics tools
- Creativity, strong copywriting skills and a good understanding of target audiences, combined with an affinity for data
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
- Self-responsibility, team spirit and enthusiasm for tourism
- Willingness to actively engage with our destinations
