About the role
- Ensure customer satisfaction by managing operational follow-up, resolving technical issues, and leading regular status meetings
- Collaborate closely with several sales representatives to drive projects, ensuring delivery quality and financial profitability
- Contribute to the development and evolution of the activities under your responsibility
- Perform the monthly project close in coordination with internal stakeholders
- Provide ad hoc technical expertise to support operational teams
- Participate in the commercial development of your area, notably for renewals or by responding to tenders from existing clients or prospects
- Ensure the operational supervision of employees working on your projects (technical management, work organization, onboarding of new hires, management of absences and leave, ...)
- Structure and organize work through daily coordination, onboarding of new arrivals, management of absences and leave, and coordination with Team Leaders and focal points
- Secure resources by participating in talent development and retention through annual performance reviews and objective setting
- Contribute to recruitment activities to strengthen the workforce
- Implement training programs and skills development initiatives.
Requirements
- Master's degree (Bac+5) in mechanical engineering or manufacturing engineering
- At least 8 years of experience, ideally gained within the local industrial sector
- Strong understanding of business management and margin control
- Your leadership, ability to bring teams together, and strong customer service orientation make you a recognized manager
- Effective communication skills in English, both written and spoken
- Rigor, autonomy, organization, energy, and adaptability characterize your working style
- Your technical expertise, combined with your managerial skills, make you a key contributor to project success and client satisfaction.
