About the role
- Managing end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, interviews, follow-up)
- Creating and publishing job advertisements on various platforms
- Conducting interviews in Portuguese and English
- Ensuring an excellent candidate experience
- Collaborating with hiring managers to identify profiles suited to business needs
- Updating and managing the candidate database
Requirements
- 2–3 years' experience in recruitment and selection
- Fluency in English — mandatory
- Strong communication skills, organization and autonomy
- Comfortable in dynamic environments and engaging with multiple stakeholders
