About the role

  • Acts as a key liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment of requirements.
  • Collaborates with internal customers and IT project teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements using appropriate tools, models, and methodologies.
  • Participates in design sessions, providing inputs for moderate to complex software solutions.
  • Translates non-technical business needs into detailed technical requirements for system development and implementation.
  • Documents business challenges, requirements, and processes using strong analytical techniques and industry best practices.
  • Conducts proactive research to recommend and align solutions with current best practices and organizational goals.
  • Represents the Business Analysis function to drive continuous improvement in IT processes and delivery.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of relevant experience in Business Analysis preferably from life science domain
  • Strong understanding of business analysis principles, methodologies, and frameworks
  • Experience working with IT architecture, strategy, and enterprise systems
  • Sound knowledge of SQL for data analysis, querying, and validation
  • High-level understanding of cloud technologies and platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Expertise in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective time management and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new applications, processes, and technologies
  • Proven capability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
