About the role
- Lead in delivering a change management package or workstream
- Develop change impact assessments and training needs analysis
- Create communication strategies, and training design and delivery
- Apply best-practice change management methodologies
- Facilitate scoping and business priority setting for complex changes
- Complete stakeholder examination and develop communications plans
- Develop project plans using standard project management tools
- Conduct knowledge transfer and project post-mortem for lessons learned
Requirements
- Undergraduate Degree or equivalent work experience
- Additional certification in Change Management (eg: APMG, Prosci/ADKAR) desirable
- Related Post-grad qualification
- Experience in at least one of project management, change management, communications, or training design and delivery
- 8–10+ years in Change Management, Transformation, or Organisational Development in large environments
- Proven experience leading change for large-scale programmes in global transformations
- Demonstrated ability to influence and partner with senior leaders
- Experience managing cross‑programme dependencies, cumulative impact, and risk mitigation
- Deep knowledge of change management methodologies
- Strong understanding of business process change and operating model shifts
- Experience leading readiness and behaviour‑change initiatives
