About the role
- Support clients in adopting new ways of working, whether it’s process, technology or disruption-led
- Lead in delivering a change management package or workstream
- Provide effective support to teams and guide senior stakeholders
- Develop change impact assessments, training needs analysis, communication strategies, and training delivery
- Apply best-practice change management methodologies
- Facilitate scoping and business priority setting for complex changes
- Complete stakeholder examination and develop communications plans
- Develop project plans using standard project management tools
- Demonstrate innovation in communications
- Conduct knowledge transfer and project post-mortem for lessons learned
- Support/lead in the design and delivery of training plans and strategy
- Lead in the development of change materials
Requirements
- Undergraduate Degree or equivalent work experience
- Desirable: Additional certification in Change Management (eg: APMG, Prosci/ADKAR)
- Related Post-grad qualification
- Experience in project management, change management, communications, or training design and delivery
- Exposure to Workday or Supply Chain projects
- HR Transformation experience
- Creativity in designing and delivering engaging change management materials
- Excellent client-facing skills – preferably senior management engagement
- People management skills for knowledge transfer and mentoring
- Good self-management with continuous performance mindset
- Innovative approach with creativity and vigilance
- 8–10+ years in Change Management, Transformation, or Organisational Development in large environments
- Proven experience leading change for large-scale programmes or multiple concurrent initiatives
- Ability to influence and partner with senior leaders (Director level or above)
- Experience managing cross‑programme dependencies, cumulative impact, and risk mitigation
- Deep knowledge of change management methodologies
- Strong understanding of business process change, operating model shifts, and system implementation impacts
- Experience leading readiness, adoption, and behaviour‑change initiatives
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and awareness of new technologies
- Proficient with project management tools and frameworks
- Understanding of the project management lifecycle
- Ability to apply problem-solving methodologies and tools
- Experience providing technical guidance to junior colleagues
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Knowledge of client/server architecture, object-oriented design, and package implementation
- Experience using project management tools from inception to implementation
