About the role

  • Manage the training environment and data requirements to support training delivery and change team reporting requirements.
  • Work on a major HR project.

Requirements

  • 2–3+ years experience in Change, Transformation, Communications, HR, or similar roles.
  • Experience supporting project or change delivery activities.
  • Familiarity with change management concepts (e.g. impacts, stakeholders, training, comms).
  • Experience preparing materials, documentation, or reports for internal audiences.
  • Set-up, maintenance and enhancement of the global training environment.
  • Create a change data strategy and plan, including an environment refresh plan.
  • Manage all data requirements for the effective running of the training environment.
  • Engage with market Change Managers to identify market training environment requirements.
  • Set up, maintain and support market Change Managers in training delivery.
  • Liaise with the Change Manager to support market training delivery.
  • Review, create, update and automate CMO reporting framework and templates.
  • Provide change management support across markets as required.
