About the role

  • Design and execute test strategies and test plans for Salesforce applications and MuleSoft-based integrations
  • Perform functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing across Salesforce modules (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.)
  • Validate API integrations and middleware flows developed on MuleSoft
  • Develop and execute API test cases using tools such as Postman, REST Assured, or similar frameworks
  • Identify, track, and manage defects using tools like JIRA and support defect triage activities
  • Support automation initiatives and integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines where applicable

Requirements

  • BE/MCA background
  • 3-5 years of experience in software testing with exposure to Salesforce and API testing
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform testing including standard objects, custom objects, workflows, and Lightning components
  • Experience in MuleSoft integration testing
  • Hands-on experience with API testing tools such as Postman, SoapUI, or similar
