About the role
- Test Environment Governance: Lead the evolution of the test bench as a service center for production
- Digital Configuration Control: Ensure consistency between the "as-designed" and "as-loaded" configurations for the A220 avionics suite.
- Value Chain Optimization: Define off-aircraft preparation strategies to relieve the final assembly line.
- Information Systems Interfacing: Ensure digital continuity between engineering databases and management systems.
- Test Bench Lifecycle Management: Establish maintenance, calibration, and update processes for software-loading equipment.
- Production Operations Support: Act as a subject-matter expert to resolve integration issues across aircraft systems.
- Aviation Safety and Compliance: Rigorously apply validation protocols to ensure every injected software configuration complies with airworthiness standards.
Requirements
- You hold a technical college diploma and/or a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline (avionics, software, or electrical).
- You have 10 years of industrial experience, with strong expertise in test benches and ground testing.
- Analytical skills: Proven ability to solve complex problems related to the interaction between hardware (LRU) and onboard systems.
- Organizational skills: Demonstrated ability to plan test bench deployments and coordinate first-unit production activities.
- Language: Functional proficiency in French, both spoken and written (knowledge of English is an asset).
