About the role

  • Manage process improvement and cross-functional process integration projects (project lifecycle management)
  • Analyze root causes of process inefficiencies and/or failures, operational risks, and their potential impacts
  • Conduct go-and-see visits (Gemba walks) to understand the situation
  • Work with cross-functional teams to develop and test process improvement solutions and associated control plans
  • Make recommendations and consolidate requirements from multiple sources to support decision-making
  • Facilitate process mapping, documentation drafting, and the planning and execution of change management
  • Manage approval workflows and the publication of documentation
  • Ensure quality of work across all projects.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in document management
  • Proficient in process mapping and process documentation
  • Skilled in continuous improvement
  • Able to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization and across functions
  • Demonstrates strong analytical and logical thinking skills (formal or informal)
  • Self-motivated with strong leadership skills
  • Strong team player
  • Shows innovation and strategic vision
  • Demonstrates solid decision-making skills
  • Skilled at influencing and mobilizing others
  • Experienced with problem-solving methodologies and tools
  • Bilingual in French and English, both written and spoken
  • Competent in project management and change management
  • Knowledge of the aerospace industry (asset)
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace (Google Suite)
