About the role

  • Provide approved repair solutions in a timely manner while ensuring compliance with airworthiness standards and maintenance cost targets by geographic area.
  • Propose and develop repair solutions based on existing technical and airworthiness delegations.
  • Manage, process, and respond to assigned customer technical queries related to repairs.
  • Ensure compliance with KPIs (OTD, etc.).
  • Coordinate and propose standard fleet repairs to update the SRM (Structure Repair Manual), ISB (Inspection Service Bulletin), etc.
  • Analyze in-service customer data to trigger appropriate corrective actions and follow-up.
