About the role
- Lead the evolution of the Data Loading Workbench (DLW) as a service center for production, ensuring the availability of tools and communication interfaces.
- Ensure consistency between the "as-designed" (Engineering) and the "as-loaded" (As-built) configurations for the A220 avionics.
- Define off-aircraft preparation strategies to relieve the final assembly line and anticipate software conflicts.
- Maintain digital continuity between engineering databases, the DLW, and management systems.
- Establish maintenance, calibration, and update procedures for software loading equipment (DLW).
- Act as a subject-matter expert to resolve integration issues across the aircraft's systems.
- Rigorously apply validation protocols to ensure that every injected software configuration complies with airworthiness standards, eliminating any risk of in-flight system errors.
Requirements
- Technical college diploma and/or Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline (avionics, software, or electrical)
- 10 years of industrial experience with strong expertise in test benches and ground testing
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex problems related to the interaction between hardware (LRU) and onboard systems
- Demonstrated capability to plan test bench deployment and coordinate first-unit production support
- Functional proficiency in French, both spoken and written (English is an asset).
