About the role
- Manage cross-functional process improvement and integration projects (project management lifecycle)
- Analyze root causes of process inefficiencies and/or failures, operational risks, and their potential impacts
- Conduct go-and-see (Gemba) visits to understand the situation
- Work with a cross-functional team to develop and test process improvement solutions and potential control plans
- Make recommendations and consolidate requirements from various sources to support decision-making
- Facilitate process mapping, documentation writing, and the planning and execution of change management
- Manage authorization workflows and document publication
- Ensure the quality of work delivered across projects.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in document management
- Proficient in process mapping and process documentation
- Skilled in continuous improvement
- Strong communication skills across all organizational levels and functions
- Demonstrates strong analytical and logical thinking skills (formal or informal)
- Self-motivated with strong leadership abilities
- Strong team player
- Demonstrates innovation and strategic vision
- Strong decision-making skills
- Able to influence and mobilize stakeholders
- Experience with problem-solving methodologies and tools
- Bilingual in French and English, both written and spoken
- Competent in project management and change management
- Knowledge of the aerospace industry (asset)
- Familiarity with Google Workspace (Google Suite)
