About the role

  • Provide timely approved repair solutions while ensuring compliance with airworthiness standards and considering maintenance costs by geographic area.
  • Propose and develop repair solutions based on existing technical and airworthiness delegations.
  • Manage, process, and respond to assigned customer technical inquiries related to repairs.
  • Ensure compliance with KPIs (OTD, etc.).
  • Coordinate and propose standard repairs for the fleet to update the SRM (Structure Repair Manual), ISB (Inspection Service Bulletin), etc.
  • Analyze customer in-service data to trigger appropriate corrective actions and carry out the necessary follow-up.
