About the role

  • Apply best-practice change management methodologies
  • Manage junior team members to build knowledge and change capability
  • Facilitate scoping and business priority setting for complex changes
  • Complete stakeholder examination and develop communications plans
  • Develop project plans using standard project management tools
  • Demonstrate innovation in communications
  • Conduct knowledge transfer and project post-mortem
  • Support/lead in the design and delivery of training plans and strategy
  • Support the Expleo Change leadership and develop change materials.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Desirable: Additional certification in Change Management (eg: APMG, Prosci/ADKAR)
  • Related Post-grad qualification
  • Experience in project management, change management, communications, or training design and delivery
  • Exposure to either Workday or Supply Chain projects would be beneficial
  • Experience and knowledge in project management methodologies
  • Practical experience with project management tools
  • Understanding of the project management lifecycle and product development lifecycle
  • High proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Knowledge of client/server architecture, object oriented design/development and package implementation.
