About the role

  • Engage with claims SMEs to gather, analyse, and refine business requirements.
  • Translate business needs into clear functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Support solution design workshops and ensure alignment with claims processes and regulatory obligations.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to validate Dynamics 365 configurations, workflows, and integrations.
  • Conduct functional testing, support UAT cycles, and drive defect triage and resolution.
  • Contribute to data mapping, migration validation, and reporting requirements.
  • Produce high‑quality process documentation and support change management activities.
  • Act as a liaison between claims operations, technology teams, and external delivery partners.

Requirements

  • Exposure to claims, delegated authority, or complex multi‑party claims.
  • Understanding of data governance, reporting, and regulatory compliance in insurance.
  • Experience within London Market or Lloyd’s specialty lines.
  • Prior consulting or transformation programme experience.
