About the role
- Receive, analyze, and clarify technical profile requests submitted by the client
- Gather functional and technical requirements, ensuring the request is fully understood by the recruitment team
- Track the full lifecycle of each request: opening → sourcing → interviews → client presentation → onboarding
- Ensure continuous communication with the client regarding the progress of each vacancy
- Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to prioritize vacancies and align expectations
- Assist in the initial screening of profiles, validating technical and behavioral fit
- Serve as the main point of contact for all matters related to profiles, teams, and future needs
- Monitor client satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement or team expansion
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports on KPIs: response time, number of profiles submitted, acceptance rate, etc.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in similar roles
- Broad understanding of IT technologies
- Experience in IT outsourcing, consulting, or software house environments
- Familiarity with technology recruitment processes
- Ability to interpret technical job descriptions
