About the role

  • Project Management & QCDP Compliance: Lead and oversee projects while ensuring strict adherence to Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Performance (QCDP) indicators.
  • Project Lifecycle Management: Manage projects through the entire development lifecycle, from initial concept and planning to execution and manufacturing/Industrialization phase.
  • Risk Assessment & Mitigation: Proactively identify, analyze, and assess potential risks that may impact project success.
  • Cross-Functional Team Leadership & Client Communication: Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless collaboration between engineering, manufacturing, procurement, quality, and other departments.
  • Stakeholder Coordination & Collaboration: Engage and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Steering Committee Reporting & Governance: Provide periodic updates to the steering committee, presenting project status, challenges, and recommendations.

Requirements

  • You have experience in a or several industrial environments (Automotive, Transportation, Mining, heavy industries ...)
  • You have a proven history of successful led projects
  • You have a strong experience in risk management.
  • You have been able to manage multi discipline teams across Countries and remotely.
  • You own a master's degree in electromechanical engineering or electronics, or equivalent by experience
  • You are organized, efficient, and possess strong communication skills.
  • You speak fluently English, French/Dutch is a strong advantage.
