About the role
- Innovate and craft cutting-edge mechanical systems, components, and assemblies utilizing advanced computer-aided design (CAD) tools and state-of-the-art engineering software
- Engage with diverse cross-functional teams, encompassing electrical, software, and systems engineers, to seamlessly integrate mechanical systems for optimal performance
- Perform testing and validation of mechanical systems to ensure quality and compliance with specifications and standards
- Pioneer innovative solutions by troubleshooting and resolving mechanical defects, conducting in-depth root cause analysis to drive continuous improvement
- Craft and meticulously review technical documents such as design specifications, test reports, and product manuals to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Drive innovation through active participation in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at refining engineering processes and enhancing tools for superior performance
- Remain abreast of cutting-edge industry trends and breakthroughs in mechanical engineering to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge
Requirements
- Possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant field
- Demonstrate a minimum of 2 years of specialized experience in mechanical engineering, particularly in supporting manufacturing or design processes
- Possess exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills
- Demonstrate proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) and various engineering software
- Familiarity with CATIA or CREO software is preferred
- Demonstrate the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment
- Possess outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent French plus either English or Dutch
