About the role
- Preparing NC programs for milling aerospace components using advanced technologies.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience and proficiency in SolidCAM
- Proficiency in the HSS module
- Proficiency in I-Machining
- Specialization in 5-axis programming
- Proven experience working with a wide range of cutting tools
- Experience machining steel and aluminum, including optimizing cutting conditions
- Deep understanding of milling processes
- Demonstrated ability to develop new programs for complex parts using advanced technologies
- Proven experience in designing fixtures for part clamping
- Knowledge and ability to define positions for multi-angle setups
