Mechanical Engineer

• Design automated systems, including conveyor and mechanical assemblies, based on sales and customer requirements.
• Develop 3D models and detailed part and assembly drawings using SolidWorks.
• Prepare Bills of Materials (BOMs), purchasing lists, and related project documentation.
• Ensure designs follow lean manufacturing and design-for-manufacturing principles.
• Collaborate with fabrication and assembly teams to ensure machines are built according to specifications.
• Manage design revisions and updates throughout the manufacturing process.
• Source and coordinate procurement of machined and purchased components.
• Create and update mechanical, pneumatic, and plumbing diagrams as required.
