About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Managing both Pre-Sales acquisition and Post-Sales account management.
- Leading the post-sale phase by ensuring new partners are successfully integrated into the platform.
- Monitoring the health of active accounts within the Success Team framework.
- Identifying and resolving obstacles for inactive accounts to bring qualified professionals back into the active network.
- Verifying that all partners continue to meet the objective qualification standards required.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1+ year outbound sales or tele-sales experience, preferably remote.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Comfortable with CRM and remote collaboration tools (MS Office, Google Workspace, Salesforce, ZenDesk).
