About the role

- Manages both Pre-Sales acquisition and Post-Sales account management.
- Identifying high-quality professionals through a rigorous selection process.
- Ensures successful integration of new partners into the platform.
- Monitors the health of active accounts within the Success Team framework.
- Addresses partner needs before they escalate into friction points.
- Identifying and resolving obstacles for inactive accounts to bring qualified professionals back into the active network.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1+ year outbound sales or tele-sales experience, preferably remote.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Comfortable with CRM and remote collaboration tools (MS Office, Google Workspace, Salesforce, ZenDesk).
