- Lead a team of Consumer Concierge/Outbound Sales agents
- Initiate changes in processes, goals, and requirements
- Complete performance assessments with accuracy and actionable steps
- Engage agents in coaching sessions and provide calibration directions
- Document coaching and assessments clearly and timely
- Maintain a cordial and productive relationship with agents
Requirements
- 5+ years of BPO experience, preferably in a work-from-home environment
- Experience in piloting programs and initiatives
- Advanced to expert written and verbal communication skills
- Salesforce knowledge is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with proven sales track record
- Attention to detail and familiarity with remote work tools
