Real Estate Compliance Reviewer

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Review agent-submitted transaction documents using compliance checklists
- Ensure all files are complete, accurate, and compliant with internal standards
- Approve or decline transactions based on compliance findings
- Ensure no payouts are released without full compliance approval
- Manage daily transaction submissions across Market Centers
- Maintain accuracy, consistency, and turnaround time in all reviews
- Provide clarification and support on compliance requirements when needed
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1–2+ years experience as a U.S. Transaction Coordinator
- Must have North Carolina real estate transaction experience
- Strong understanding of real estate documents and compliance processes
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup
