About the role

  • Owning the full sales cycle end-to-end
  • Representing multiple high-value offerings
  • Influencing pricing, positioning, and deal structure

  • Building and managing your own B2B pipeline through outbound outreach, referrals, and strategic follow-ups

  • Representing the CEO in sales conversations and negotiations

  • Surfacing new revenue opportunities and market insights proactively
  • Maintaining a clean, accurate CRM (GoHighLevel preferred)
  • Reporting weekly on pipeline value, close rate, deal velocity, and revenue performance

Requirements

  • 3 or more years closing B2B deals in SaaS, agencies, outsourcing, or real estate services
  • Comfortable generating opportunities, not just handling inbound leads
  • Enjoy consultative selling, negotiation, and problem-solving
  • Operate independently while collaborating with leadership
  • Take pride in owning a number and improving it
  • Experience with GoHighLevel, real estate brokerages, or agency services is a strong advantage.
